Topic: MINATEC, the European micro- and nanotechnology innovation campus, will be present in Boston for the ECF. A roundtable discussion on the theme of "Smart Innovation Calls for Smart People," including presentations on energy efficiency and smart grid technologies, semiconductor-related industries, and nanoscience for technology, will be followed by a networking reception. Open to students, job seekers, researchers, and executives who wish to learn more about innovation campuses in Paris and Grenoble, France.
This event was organized with the support of the MIT France Program, Minatec, Giant Campus Paris Saclay, and the Office for Science and Technology of the French Consulate in Boston.

Topic: FACCNE YP welcomed guest speaker Evan Pellett to learn how to ace the interview, change careers, or enter the job market from a successful authority in the business today. Evan shared factual scientific steps along with common-sense differentiators to make yourself stand out in the crowd. He also gave out free CDs and spend time meeting one-on-one with people after the event. The presentation, which was attended by almost 50 young professionals despite the day's nasty weather, was followed by a networking reception.
