Performance Management 2:0 (moving away from traditional annual performance rating systems)
Performance Management is dead! Not Really!
These past couple of years, various Fortune 500 companies like GE, Adobe, CISCO, Accenture have been moving away from their traditional annual performance management process, that could be seen as demotivating, bureaucratic and unproductive, and replacing it by new feedback mechanisms.
Good managers know it: "Feedback is Breakfast for Champion!".
So what's new? Companies are encouraging managers to provide more frequent feedback, addressing millennials' needs who are looking for it at least monthly. We will focus on the new talent management trend related to feedback, especially more regular feedback, moving away from the annual performance review cycle.
The panel discussion will be lead by three guest speakers who are experts in the field and very engaged with ingenious team strategies.
