Diane DiTullio Agostino,

Diane DiTullio Agostino is a Financial Services Representative with Baystate Financial who focuses on both Personal and Business Insurance and Investment Products.
Diane first joined Baystate Financial Services in 1975 as an Insurance Broker. Her long-term relationships with clients span several generations. She works closely with clients gathering their information to complete a financial Fact-Finder which is essential to preparing their personalized Financial Profile. Diane utilizes the profile to help her clients choose the products necessary to achieve their goals and dreams.
Diane graduated in 1975 from Simmons College with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. Her field of study was economic forecasting. As a licensed insurance broker, Diane managed DiTullio Insurance Agency, Inc. for five years. Since 1996, Diane has been an Agent of New England Financial. Over these years, Diane obtained her insurance, accident and health licenses and the Series 6, 7, 63 and 24 securities registrations.
Diane resides in Milton with her husband, Frank. They have three children, Christopher, John and Emily. She has volunteered for years in her hometown of Milton serving on the Finance Committee for four years and as a Selectman for three years. She has continuously served as a Milton Town meeting member since 1982.

Warren F. Baker is a founding partner of the firm. He heads the firm's corporate practice. For over 40 years clients have turned to Warren for advice and counsel in the areas of business organization, tax, real estate, zoning and land use, estate and Medicaid planning, and intellectual property and licensing matters.
Warren serves as corporate counsel to numerous business organizations of varying size and type, both profit and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to corporate counsel duties, he sits on the board of directors for a number of organizations and served as the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen of the Bustins Island Village Corporation, a Maine quasi-municipal corporation. Warren also served on the Marshfield Zoning Board of Appeals, most in the capacity as chairman, for over 18 years.
Warren’s tax practice includes tax planning, mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations, as well as representation before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
Warren routinely provides bank and borrower representation and he represents clients before local zoning and land use boards in matters including but not limited to variance requests, special permits, and comprehensive permits.
His estate planning practice involves family, business and Medicaid planning.
Warren has written publications and has lectured at seminars, local colleges and law schools on topics involving taxation, business organizations and planning, estate planning and intellectual property law.
Warren and his wife Donna live in Marshfield, MA. They have three grown children and two grandchildren. Warren enjoys woodworking, antiquing, visiting his home in Maine and golf.
Retirement Plan Specialist,
Jeff Ryan is a Retirement Plan Specialist with over fifteen (15) years of experience working with Financial Advisors and small to mid-size business owners. He has worked in various sales and marketing roles for retirement plans at John Hancock Financial Services, Guardian Life, and Lincoln Financial, covering all six (6) New England states. He has a great understanding of the 401k marketplace, and focuses on helping business owners reduce their business and individual taxes through corporate retirement plans.
In his current role at Asperia, a Boston and Worcester based third party retirement plan administration firm, Jeff works directly with plan sponsors to help the review, design, and implement all types of retirement plans. Plan types include including 401(k) and 403(b) defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and solo 401ks. His goal is to help business owners and their Human Resource staff maximize the retirement benefits to both them and their employees. Asperia, as a Third Party Administration firm, helps business owners maintain their plan documents, provides ongoing consultation, annual testing/plan filing with the IRS/DOL, and keeps the plans in compliance for their clients. They have over 1,000 retirement plan clients all over New England and the northeast.
Jeff grew up in Waltham MA, and now lives in Beverly MA with his wife Beth, sons Jack and Will, and their dog, Scout. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and coaching his sons in baseball and basketball.

Sybil Durgin began her career in financial services at New England Securities in 1999. Since then, she worked in various roles in the MetLife/New England Financial home office, including the Estate & Business Planning section of the New England Financial Law Department, Advanced Markets and Financial Planning. During that time, Sybil developed a passion for helping clients realize their goals through the financial planning process.
Sybil joined Baystate Financial as the Director of Financial Planning in 2013. Her primary responsibility is to enable our financial planners to provide personalized financial plans to our clients through a comprehensive and integrated planning process. This includes working with financial planners, management and other specialists to develop successful financial planning practices within the firm, create and develop fee-based financial plans, engage clients throughout the planning process and develop tools and resources to enhance an advisor’s practice.
Sybil is a 1998 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, registered representative and investment advisor representative. She lives in Jamaica Plain with her husband Domingo and daughter Rosie.
