Francoise Oldcorn first came to Boston with her husband who was attending Harvard Graduate School to do his doctorate. Oldcorn started working with Air France at the ticket office planning to only stay 3 years.

She ended staying at Air France as her husband decided to take a position at Brown University. Oldcorn was then promoted to Customer Promotion Representative at the Sales Office, and spent some time at the Air France Washington Sales office when the Supersonic Concorde first started flying from Washington to Paris.

She came back to the Boston Office as Assistant to the District Sales Manager. Over the years Air France had lost the route Boston to Paris twice to finally come back in 1998 when the bilateral agreements were signed in Paris. The Air France office is now primarily a marketing office and a very busy one since there are now the only airline flying from Boston to Paris with two daily flights.
