
Mr. Collins is Founder and Chairman of New England Business Partners. His areas of expertise are government relations, political strategy and analysis; sales support; marketing strategy; business and corporate development including acquisitions, joint ventures and investments. He served Massachusetts in elected office as State Representative and then Legislative Secretary to a Governor.
As the New England regional VP for Cassidy and Associates, a prominent Washington DC based Lobbying and Public Affairs firm, he has advised banks, universities, unions, trade associations and corporate clients on the process of government and the influence of pressure groups on public policy. He has also founded, managed or invested in several businesses. Mr. Collins earned a MS in public relations from Boston University, a BS in urban planning and mathematics from University of Massachusetts at Boston and a Global Business Professional Certification from NASBITE International.
He is on the executive committee of Natural Currents NE, a member of the Board of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of New England and of "e" inc., an environmental learning and action center, a member of the Massachusetts Legislators Association, WorldBoston and the Workforce Development Committee of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. A 2007 inductee into UMass Boston Athletics Hall of Fame, he is an avid runner having completed two Boston Marathons.
