Overview:

Nanobiotix, Corp., a cutting-edge biomedical company based in Cambridge, is seeking an Office Manager to support management locally and across the country while working in close connection with its parent company in France. This is a full-time position reporting to the US CEO. It is an exciting opportunity to play a key role supporting Nanobiotix growth in the US. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Office management and administration – Maintain and/or develop office operations and manage and maintain administrative files in close coordination with external accountants and other specialists:
    • IT and telecommunication system management with providers
    • Travel policy, travel booking, conference booking
    • Purchasing supplies and other office equipment
    • Mailing and printing  
    • HR admin support and PTO 
    • Budget follow up and tools 
  • Team assistance – Administrative support for remote team members of Nanobiotix US and Cambridge based team as needed: 
  • Support of Executive Assistant for CEO
  • Coordination of professional meetings and domestic or international travels & expense reports approvals
  • Prepare or support correspondence, business presentation or follow up documents
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistant on common project in the US and with Office management in Paris.  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Office Management
  • French language skills required
  • Grace under pressure: the ideal candidate is a polished, upbeat team player who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment
  • High school degree required; College certificate or degree preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in science/healthcare is highly desirable 
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Comfort working with top professionals in our field
  • Solution provider, flexibility , agility
