Moving the conversation beyond just “women in tech” Pam explores the broader implications of the AI gender gap and how it shapes professional adoption across all industries. While jobs most vulnerable to automation are disproportionately held by women, AI offers a uniquely accessible pathway for career mobility that does not require deep technical coding skills.
