Kara Lund, ICF ACC, is a Certified Positive Intelligence® performance coach and the founder of Lund Global Coaching & Consulting, specializing in helping individuals and teams perform at their best in the room, on the stage, and across cultures.

Kara has worked extensively in the United States, France, and China with clients from more than 20 countries, equipping professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds to communicate and compete effectively on the international stage. She has designed programs for Dassault Systèmes, Total, Sanofi, Schneider Electric, Lockheed Martin, Reed Smith, Pega Systems, and Anteris Technologies, and has delivered coaching and designed workshops and classes for MBA and EMBA programs at HEC and Kedge Business Schools in France and China.
