We are thrilled to feature three distinct voices, each bringing their specific viewpoint on the future of work:
🌟 Will Foussier, (Co-Founder & CEO, AceUp) will share his expertise in AI-powered coaching, exploring how these tools can complement—rather than replace—human coaches to build leaders who are both data-fluent and deeply empathetic.
🌟 Anne Laure Verdet (NAM Sales Ops Excellence Director, Dassault Systèmes), drawing on her work with the 3DS Graduate Development Program, challenges us: In an era of rapid obsolescence, are we over-prioritizing technical skills and AI literacy at the expense of timeless human capabilities like adaptability and "whole brain thinking"?
