As a NAM Sales Operations Excellence Director at Dassault Systèmes, Anne-Laure Verdet’s current role focuses on Enablement.  In this capacity, she empowers employees in customer-facing roles to reach their full potential.

Her role also encompasses the 3DS Graduate Development Program.  She is charged with hiring and managing a group of high-potential professionals who aspire to be future Sales leaders.

She is a passionate advocate for early-career talent development, future of workforce capability and adult learning.

Prior to her current role, Anne-Laure has held multiple roles in Dassault Systèmes ranging from IT, Sales Operations and Project Management, both in New England and in Quebec.
