Pam Boiros is an accomplished marketing leader in HRTech, and a founding member of Women Applying AI, a collaborative platform dedicated to increasing AI literacy and empowering professionals to take control and apply AI to build or advance their careers.
Moving the conversation beyond just “women in tech”, Pam explores the broader implications of the AI gender gap and how it shapes professional adoption across all industries. While jobs most vulnerable to automation are disproportionately held by women, AI offers a uniquely accessible pathway for career mobility that does not require deep technical coding skills. Pam is passionate about empowering professionals to take control of these tools to build career resilience, advance their roles, and bridge global collaboration gaps.
