Timothy Ballenger, Director of Culture & DEI - Veolia North America

Timothy Ballenger is a visionary leader who drives meaningful change and positive outcomes for the organization and its stakeholders. Guided by the 'triple bottom line' ethos of people, planet, and profits, he has cultivated inclusive cultures of engagement, allyship, and impact across multiple sectors—his expertise centers on crafting global strategies that foster respect, responsibility, and growth. 

In his current role, Timothy leads the Culture and DEI Center of Excellence for Veolia NA, a global leader in sustainability and ecological transformation. Based in NYC, he is responsible for amplifying stakeholder belonging, enhancing employee engagement, empowering community initiatives, and building external partnerships that align with Veolia's mission and values. Previously, Timothy was the DEI Business Partner Lead for Intel's largest technology and engineering group, where he launched nationally recognized upskilling and reskilling programs. 

A native Texan, Timothy holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Rachel Robles, Director & Head of Projects & Administration - Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank - Finance Division of US Branch

Rachel Robles is currently the Director, Head of Projects and Administration in the Finance Division of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank US Branch.  Before working at Credit Agricole CIB, her experience in business analysis and data management span a total of over 35 years working for numerous companies such as Pacific Gas & Electric, Quest Diagnostics, Merck-Medco (now Express Scripts), WebMD, and UNFCU.

Rachel holds an MS in Computer & Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rutgers University.  She graduated top of her class at Rutgers and was awarded full academic scholarship and the Academic Excellence in Computer & Information Systems.

Outside of her professional career, Rachel has studied ballet, jazz, and Tahitian; and she enjoys teaching Zumba and Hip Hop classes.  She also enjoys singing and playing the piano during her spare time.

Maya Nguyen, Sales and Merchandising Planning Manager - VIE at CHANEL

After a bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Retail Management, Maya had the opportunity to start her career in 2020 at Chanel Parfum Beaute in Paris in supply chain. Then, Maya arrived in the United States to work in the watches and fine jewelry division first as a sales planner then as a merchandiser under the VIE Program.
